This irritating voice on phone before calling someone has now changed a little to a hopeful tone “COVID-19 KI UNLOCK KI PRAKRIYA SHURU KI GAYI HAI.KRUPAYA AAVSHYAKTA HONE PAR HI GHAR SE BAHAR NIKLE.

Although the cases has been increasing particularly, the capacity to stay at home is been draining now. The Officials have loosen the ropes permitting the common to be out for atleast certain period of time and considering about red zones; the sealing of a containment region has been observed. So today instead of talking on usual philosophical topics on life, let’s roll on our lockdown experiences. So coming to the final question.

HOW’S YOUR LOCKDOWN BEEN???

To be honest lot of friends of mine and family has been cursing the pandemic since day 1 exaggerating that this crisis has sucked our life, which eventually has turned into reality now. No motto to live, definitely depressed, lethargic, pissed off, clueless about the future. and then I realised there are a few friends from my friends circle who were without a doubt making this lockdown well worth it. It is still unbelievable for me to agree that the person who was so workaholic, constantly thinking about his work; these days speaks the importance of meditation. How this meditation and yoga factor helped him to create work and lifestyle’s balance.

  • Many have found out new skills.
  • My friend Saujanya who is good at engaging humans through motivational stories and content found a way to channelize her passion through writing blogs now and inspiring a lot of us.
  • My mother who usually dreamed of cooking and helping my own family financially came up with a new business service named as MY TIFFIN SERVICE.
  • Talking about myself, I enhanced my Calisthenics and made the lockdown productive by learning one foreign language (Spanish).

So in a nutshell everybody is upto something, perhaps only few are ideally wasting time or maybe waiting for their ‘APNA TIME AAYEGA’.

APNA TIME AAYEGA.

Here the thing is APNA TIME never comes, it must be created. The opportinity needs to be recognized. It’s free time for whole world, however the world isn’t waiting. Each day comes with its own hope and feeding it with creativity is our responsibility. If you look out for Existing Entrepreneurs, they are making strategies and new plans during this lockdown to grow their business in this crisis. They are not waiting for an ideal time instead they are making this time ideal.Here I believe

Time flies soon but regrets fades slowly. So, revise your self in free time and unleash your passion by:

STOP SCROLLING SOCIAL MEDIA;

INSTEAD CREATE ONE.

STOP WATCHING PORN;

INSTEAD START WORKING OUT.

STOP OVERTHINKING;

INSTEAD JOT IT DOWN.

One can also try few workshops or join online courses or may be meditate & many different things rather than sitting idle on couch being filthy potato and getting depressed later. Because who knows you can be the next influencer, youtuber, athlete or maybe blogger some fine day.

REJECTION: The Darkest Emotion Of Life.

Hello there! Have you ever got rejected???

Ever faced rejections in your life?

C’mon Speak it…because everyone has been rejected in some of the other way, but still many people find it difficult of getting used to the idea of being rejected. I wanna ask them, is it really that hard to listen NO from someone? If you’ll say YES, then I would suggest that GET USED TO IT BUDDY😅. I know you might be thinking, it’s not that easy to move on over rejections and yes, I accept this truth but trust me if you try to be normal and absorb that pain, the process would become allot easier.

FIRSTLY, LETS UNDERSTAND WHAT REJECTION IS.

Rejections are the most common emotional wound we sustain in daily life. Our risk of rejection used to be limited by the size of our immediate social circle or personal matters. Today, thanks to social media, sites platforms and dating apps where each of us is connected to thousands of people, any of whom might ignore our posts, chats, texts or dating profiles and leave us feeling rejected as a result. In my opinion these kinds of minor rejections makes us still vulnerable to serious and more devastating rejections as well. When our spouse leaves us, when we get fired from our jobs, snubbed by our friends or judged by our families and communities for our lifestyle choices, the pain we feel can be absolutely paralyzing.

No matter what the rejection we experience is large or small, one thing remains constant — it hurts a lot, more than we expect.

And therefore, tons of people by listening and assuming the facts, experiences, situations of other people’s rejections, they never dare to try something new and never come out of their comfort zones. They get drowned in their own FEAR OF REJECTION.

Fear of rejection.

Fear of rejection can be said as a self-made limit of unexploring oneself. Because there is no concept as such as fear of rejection. Many people claim to have potential within but they were not able to overcome the fear of rejection. Fear of rejection can become an excuse for not trying or not pushing yourself.

I personally think rejections are pervasive throughout our lives, I still remember…

  • AS A CHILD I WAS ALWAYS REFUSED FOR SECOND DESERT COZ OF SWEET TOOTH…
  • I HAVE MY SCHOOL APPLICATIONS & JOB APPLICATIONS REJECTED…
  • I HAVE ASKED FOR DATES AND THEN TURNED DOWN…
  • I HAVE BEEN ASKED FOR HELP FROM FRIENDS AND GOT IGNORED…

So, rejections seems to be a part of life to me and honestly I am used to it now.

If everyone would have got low&harsh after rejections, then today maybe the invention of incandescent bulb would still been suspense but Thomas Edison sir kept it trying till 1000 unsuccessful attempts. Similarly, ALIBABA.COM would have never been existed and online shopping would have been a dream to many. Because they say JACK MA(the owner of Alibaba company) was been rejected several times in a several fields and still he made a way through it. I think this man has totally cracked the word REJECTION. He says the whole point of the rejection is, HOW BADLY YOU WANT YOUR DREAM TO COME TRUE… and we can’t deny his quote anymore. It takes a huge guts to face those things. Because it’s our self-made fear of rejection that keeps us behind. Break those barriers and stand for yourself.

  • YOU LIKE THAT GIRL IN A BAR, JUST GO AND ASK HER OUT.
  • YOU FEEL FOR SOMEONE, JUST EXPRESS IT.
  • YOU CAME UP WITH NEW STRATEGY, JUST EXECUTE IT.
  • YOU WANNA QUIT YOUR JOB TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY, JUST QUIT IT…

Because who knows, you might be just one decision away from changing your lifestyle totally and maybe one step away from chasing your victory. I think rejection comes for our betterment purpose. It shows our determination, patience, hard work. It’s on us, how we accept it. Because it’s only rejections that can make you legend or can bring your life to an end.

Moral

REJECTIONS hurts for a seconds; REGRETS hurts for lifetime.

HII GUYS !!!HOW ARE YOU ALL?

Sorry for not posting anything for a long time.Actually was quite busy with handling dad’s shop and exam preps.

Since this Pandemic has hit us so hard enough.I hope & pray everyone is safe with thier families at home…I know this quarantine has took the shape of boredom and lethargy now, but still friends, we have to co-operate for some more days.Coz i know somehow we are gonna tackle this situation also.They say it in HINDI that:

So out of this boredom routines i recently came up with some new marathindi mix verse, will call it as poem-cum-essay .

  • Well I never write poems or lines usually and never in marathi.So just gave it a try and just penned down the lines for for guys.HOPE YOU PAL LIKE IT!

कोरोना पार्ट-१

तुम्ही माना कि नका मानु,
एक होती अशी वेळ.
ज्याला एकूण, तुम्हाला ही वाटेल हा खेळ!
ह्याला खेळ समझुनच तर कितीकांनी घेतली मजा,
किंतु नियम नाही बाळगल्याने, त्याना मिळाली त्याची सजा!
हो ! तुम्ही ओळखलं, हा खेळ होता कोरोना…
मी खेळ का म्हणालो, ह्यावर तुम्ही ही दंग झाले ना ?
कारण हा खेळ नाही, तर ही आहे हकीकत
ह्याच्यामुळे आज खायाला हि सोय नाही, अशी झालीया आमची गत!!!

सुरुवातीला तर वाटली एक सरळ सोपी बिमारी,
पण कुणास ठाऊक होता कि एवढी मोठी राहील सवारी,
जेव्हा नाही मिळाले याचे औषध, ना मिळेना कोणती दवाई,
तेव्हा झालो आम्ही गंभीर

कारण विज्ञान ही याचा उपाय शोधु शकला नाही!

आम्ही झालो तेव्हा गंभीर, जेव्हा वाढले याचेल रुग्ण,
तेव्हा झालो आम्ही खंभीर, अवगड झाले शेजारांशी सुद्धा जुळनं…
आता खरच नाही सोसविला जात एक ही क्षण,
राहिला हाच एक पर्याय, सोबत करु आक्रमण.
धुवुन सतत आपले हात, ठेवू स्वच्छताचे भान,
आपल्या हातात आहे आज आपले प्राण.

सरकारला का अन् कशासाठी देता हो दोष ?
आपले सहकार्य देऊन आपण ही दाखवू आपला जोश
होय , मानलं कि कोरोनानेच केली ही दशा…
पण गरीबी पेक्षा ही मोठी झाली का नशा ?
आता तुम्हीच सांगा आपण ह्या संकटाला कसं मारु ?
ज्याला जीवा पेक्षा ही मोठी झाली त्याची दारु !
SOCIAL- DISTANCING ची तर लावलीच वाट,
CORONA ला वाढण्याची आपणच दिली ना वाट!
० तुन १०० अन् शंभरातून हजार,
५० हजारचा आकडा देखील आज।

जेव्हा वाढवला लॉकडाऊन, तेव्हा झालो आम्ही नाराज

इतके सख्त नियम असून ही, पोहोचला लाख जवळ आकडा आज।
एवढे दारिद्र चित्र असूनही, तरी विनोदात घेत असाल तुम्ही ?
तर खरंच, माणसांच्या गर्दित माणूसकी शोधतो मी !!!

On the scale of 1-10; How self-awaked are you???

Have you ever been in a such situations where you ask yourself,

  • WHY DID I CHOKED IN THAT MEETING?
  • WHY WAS I SO STUPID WITH HIM/HER?
  • ASKING FRIEND DID I ACT WEIRD LAST NIGHT?
  • OHH SHITSS!!! I MUST HAVE NOT DONE THIS and then you start regretting thereafter…

If been in such situations and still you think that you are really self-aware of yourself, then you need to rethink my friend!

BEING SELF-AWARE IS NOT THE ABSENCE OF MISTAKES, BUT THE ABILITY TO LEARN AND CORRECT THEM…

Well to be honest, such situations are quite normal but it definitely shows that you are not self awared.
A study conducted by TASHA EURICH AND TEAM on around thousands of people from which 90-95% people claimed to be self-aware, but in reality only 10-15% were genuinely self awared of themselves. THERE ARE 2 TYPES OF PEOPLE

Hence today we gonna take a look on what is self-awareness and how it works coz we might not like what we see but trust me there is so comfort in knowing ourselves…

So, lets understand what is SELF AWARENESS?

SELF AWARENESS is conscious knowledge of one’s own character and feelings. It is not to be confused with consciousness in the sense of qualia. While consciousness is being aware of one’s environment and body and lifestyle, whereas self-awareness is the recognition of that awareness.

  • Here breaking it down in a simple term Self-awareness is the ability to focus on yourself and how your actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don’t align with your internal standards.
  • AND if you’re highly self-aware, you can easily evaluate yourself, manage your emotions, align your behaviour with your values, and understand correctly how others perceive you.

SELF-AWARENESS IS A SKILL.

  • SELF AWARENESS is a skill which can be developed by anyone but eventually it takes time as it takes self-consciousness and patient to understand yourself, your strength, weakness, priorities, negatives, positives etc.
  • It is a thinking skill which allows individuals to tune into their feelings and an ability to respond appropriately to different social situations.

HOW TO DEVELOP

  1. STRUGGLE: Make a struggle to know things good, bad for you, beneficial for you & harmful for you. Analyse yourself, people, habits, vibes which may actually work for you and can make a productive out of yourself
  2. TRY EVERYTHING & EXPEREINCE: This will make you know things which are good and can work for you and eliminate the wrong experiences. It will also certainly hit you to find your passion and hobbies etc.
  3. FIND STRENGTH & WEAKNESS (S&W): Be so habitual to things that work for you that it becomes your strength and try to avoid the bad things which can pull you down. Finding one’s S&W can help to be a better version of ourselves. Focusing on your productiveness can help you to grow more.
  4. KNOW YOUR LEVEL: Understand yourself and mark your level and it will effectively help you to be more self-aware and conscious. Understand your personality, choices, etiquettes etc
  5. CONTROL EMOTIONS: And the last thing is to control emotions, feelings. The hardest but the subtle thing is to control emotions. Most people burst out their emotion in the name of EXPRESSION OF FEELINGS; but there is a huge gap between BURSTING&EXPRESSING. The keenest part to develop self-awareness is to control.

The only term which world still tries to rule but unfortunately this word has ruled the world.Yeah, its ADDICTION

Now what is addiction?

Addiction is nothing but a craving or urges in mind to do that thing and get satisfied/happy after doing it or having it. When you start excessive use of things repeatively, this small changes on a daily basis makes a huge change in a life resulting in addiction. Addictions can be both harmful as well as helpful; if you use it wisely. Hence it is said that ADDICTION CAN BE MOTIVATIVE OR DESTRUCTIVE, ALTHOUGH IT DEPENDS ON INDIVIDUAL HOW HE EXECUTES IT… In short, the whole game is of MIND. A wise man CHANAKYA OF MAURYA DYNASTY once said:

“A MIND CAN BE A WONDERFUL SERVANT BUT A TERRIBLE MASTER” ~CHANAKYA

Let’s understand; HOW ADDICTION DEVELOPS?

When a sort of habit is continuously repeated for several times which makes you happy,and then slowly it becomes addictive and is primarily named as addiction. Normally in terms of neuroscience,it’s the DOPAMINE who plays the crucial role in developing addiction. So basically it’s a continuous repetition of activity/thing.
Similarly, a PERSON is formed….

  • The continuous process of THINKING becomes ACTIVITY.
  • The continuous repetition of ACTIVITY forms HABIT.
  • The continuous repetition of HABIT becomes NATURE.
  • The continuous repetition of NATURE builds CHARACTER.
  • AND The continuous form of CHARACTER makes PERSON.

So, the main process from where everything starts is THINKING/VISION. Hence it is said that YOUR PERCEPECTIVE IS THE FOUNDATION OF YOUR PERSONALITY.

DRIVING BACK TO THE ADDICTION;

ADDICTIONS ARE OF 2 TYPES

SUBSTANCE & ACTIVITY

SUBSTANCE:

  1. This is an addiction where you feel a stronger urge or desire to have that particular thing.
  2. This type of addiction is mainly seen in today’s youth. Such addiction is stronger and nearly hits your IQ level and hence becomes impossible to get rid of it.
  3. And thereafter REHABILATION CENTRES comes into the play.
  4. For instances: MONEY, DRUGS&ALCHOLS, JUNK FOODS, FEELINGS, ETC…

ACTIVITY:

  1. As the name specifies, its typically activity-based addictions.
  2. When you continue the particular activity for several days or times, it’s an activity addiction.
  3. Even they are harmful if practised vigorously.
  4. For instance: SOCIAL MEDIA,FITNESS,WATCHING T.V,PORN,DESIRES,SEX ETC…

Today the utmost youth is trapped under the addiction of PAISA,LADKI,DAARU,DHUAA

MAINLY ADDICTION RESIDES IN OUR MAIN 6 SENSES…..

The 5 main sense of a human body(i.e. eyes,nose,ears,tongue and skin) is the places where addiction takes place whereas the 6th sense (i.e. MIND)is the only sense which controls the addiction. Although addiction of 5 sense can be controlled but if a mind is convinced by the addiction, then whoa THE GAME IS OVER. It becomes tough for an individual to be back on track! On the other note those 5 senses are the only parts through which addiction/habits enters, but as said mind is superior and henceforth, it decides to welcome it or not.

HOW TO OVERCOME IT?

They say it’s hard to change the habits, it’s hard to change the nature. In my opinion, YEAH IT IS but until you follow a simple 7/21/90 rule. Its not any maths or rocket science but it is a number of days to continue a change.Lets take a glance on it.

Overview of 7/21/90 RULE

The rule is simple…

  1. 7 represents seven number of days which means it takes 7 days to follow or change a particular habit.You have to convince yourself to change for this early seven days.
  2. Steadily you get use to the habits that you changed and hereafter you have to follow it for the next 21 days.These 21 days are required just to make it a daily routine in your life.
  3. Once you cross this hard period, trust me the next 90 days would be damn easier for you to make it a lifestyle. Once the lifestyle is created as per your choice you gonna be truly grateful for your life and health.

(I personally tried this rule to stick to my diet plans and it worked)
NOTE: THE DAYS MAY VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON AS PER THEIR HABITS AND ADDICTION AND EFFECIENCY.


SO, one simple thing to be remembered is ADDICTIONS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR LIFE, BUT THE IRONY IS IT’S THE ONLY THING WHICH MAY MOTIVATE YOU OR DISTRACT YOU FROM YOUR GOALS.YOU JUST NEED TO FIGURE IT OUT

In this YouTube world, a FITNESS has just became an online training and business stuff. People needs to understand fitness is not just a narrower concept instead it’s a long-term journey where one needs a dedication,discipline and consistency. They say

  4. They take gym membership too and  cheerfully enjoy crap foods and gets surprised, how still they look like a junkie potato.
  5. THEY START WITH A SAME BODYWEIGHT,ENDS WITH THE SAME BODYWEIGHT AND THE ONLY TRANSFORMATION I SEE IS…STILL THEY HAVE SAME HAPPY CHUBBY FACES.
  6. Your daily calorie input and work output makes a huge difference in your healthy life.This doesn’t mean you must start a dieting or start working out.The only intention of this blog is just to make you measure your calories.
  7. There are several apps such as fitness pal,calorie counter,healthify me.Use any of those,it would help you in long run.These apps would also help you in how much calorie you should intake as per your body goals.

WHAT ARE MACRO NUTRIENTS?

  1. The MACRO NUTRIENTS are the nutrients which are necessary for a body growth and healthy life.
  2. The major micro nutrients need to be measure are PCF (PROTEIN,CARBS,FATS).
  3. The others are also essentials such as fibre,calcium,cholesterol,iron etc. But you need to mainly focus on PCF.
  4. CALORIES IN PER GRAM OF PCF IS LISTED BELOW

  • The calories may differ as per each person’s body goals,bodyweight,height,gender etc.

SO INCOME TIMELINE IS A TIMELINE OR A PERIOD WHERE A PERSON GETS AN APPROX IDEA AND ESTIMATES THAT HOW MUCH INCOME HE/SHE MUST HAVE TO EARN IN ORDER TO RUN A SIMPLE MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY (THE CLASS MAY VARY i.e. POOR MIDDLE CLASS OR POOR CLASS). BECAUSE I BELONG TO MIDDLE CLASS AND I PERSONALLY THINK THIS CONCEPT IS LIKELY TO BE REAL.

  • Since here it is shown that income varies from person to person, but if talking about middle general class with a household of 3 person (i.e. father mother and child) the income in 2000-2020 must be 10,000 p.m& above which is probably true!
  • Now let’s move to the period of 1920-1940, here we can see the income was ₨1 to ₨10 which is an unbelievable fact.

Motivation on fitness

In our daily routine, we have a tons of work to be done.Many has office work, households, meetings, appointments etc. But still our generation is merely bothered about the fitness of our health. The half of the youth is just influenced for fitness because of mainly one reason….. YEAH YOU GUESSED RIGHT!!! GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS….. and other half are just put through by their freinds,relative, neighbourhood and people taunts etc. Although the reason may be several but atleast you have taken a lil step on a fitter course. Wheather be cheese, sandwich or grills
And then it’s time for ur daily routine…
Haha… Juzz workout, eat, sleep & be lean!!

You are allowed to cry, you are allowed to scream
You are allowed to shout too, BUT not allowed to quit…
And after such session, you just need to crave on your meat..
Which actually makes your BOOTY GAINS & STIFF TITTS

Make it your passion or make it your profession,
Coz if you want the change, you don’t have any option…
Just Make a still stand, and Rub your ASS OFF,
