What is CALORIE?

As per science the term calorie means “The amount of heat needed to raise the temperature of one gram of water by one degree Celsius”.In short the calories in food provides energy in the form of heat so that our body can function.In simple world of BODYBUILDING JARGON , Calorie can be described as a sum up of a total macro nutrient of a food. In this YouTube world, a FITNESS has just became an online training and business stuff. People needs to understand fitness is not just a narrower concept instead it’s a long-term journey where one needs a dedication,discipline and consistency. They say
IF YOU WANT YOUR BODY TO WORK, THEN START WORKING FOR YOUR BODY!!!


Now what is CALORIE GAME?


  1. CALORIE GAME IS A SIMPLE MATH WHERE YOU UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR BODY GAINS WEIGHT AND LOOSES WEIGHT…
  2. A human body gains weight when he/she does excessive eating and does less activity,Similarly a body loses its weight when he/she eats less and does more activity,with irrespective to some medical conditions.
  3. I have personally seen many people and my friends, who believes… by joining gym and a shit of cardio would make them look slimmer and fitter.
  4. They take gym membership too and  cheerfully enjoy crap foods and gets surprised, how still they look like a junkie potato.
  5. THEY START WITH A SAME BODYWEIGHT,ENDS WITH THE SAME BODYWEIGHT AND THE ONLY TRANSFORMATION I SEE IS…STILL THEY HAVE SAME HAPPY CHUBBY FACES.
  6. Your daily calorie input and work output makes a huge difference in your healthy life.This doesn’t mean you must start a dieting or start working out.The only intention of this blog is just to make you measure your calories.
  7. There are several apps such as fitness pal,calorie counter,healthify me.Use any of those,it would help you in long run.These apps would also help you in how much calorie you should intake as per your body goals.
  8. I personally use HEALTHIFYME as it shows your macro nutrients too.(NOT PROMOTING ANY APP)

WHAT ARE MACRO NUTRIENTS?

  1. The MACRO NUTRIENTS are the nutrients which are necessary for a body growth and healthy life.
  2. The major micro nutrients need to be measure are PCF (PROTEIN,CARBS,FATS).
  3. The others are also essentials such as fibre,calcium,cholesterol,iron etc. But you need to mainly focus on PCF.
  4. CALORIES IN PER GRAM OF PCF IS LISTED BELOW

  • The calories may differ as per each person’s body goals,bodyweight,height,gender etc.
  • For muscle gain it may be higher;for maintainence it may be slightly lower ,for fatloss it may be lower
  • (muscle gain>maintainence>fatloss)

INCOME TIMELINE

IN TODAY’S ERA INCOME CAN BE SAID AS THE ONLY TERM FOR A GOOD LIVING.INCOME IS NOTHING BUT A MONEY RECEIVED FOR A WORK OR THROUGH INVESTMENTS.HENCE THE GOOD YOUR INCOME IS, REFLECTS YOUR STANDARD OF LIVING.ALTHOUGH IT IS SAID THAT MONEY DOES NOT MATTERS, COZ MONEY CAN’T BUY EVERYTHING….SO HERE IS THE BEST REPLY WHICH WAS GIVEN BY WARREN BUFFETT.

DON’T EVER SAY THAT MONEY CAN’T BUY EVERYTHING UNLESS YOU HAVEN’T BOUGHT EVERYTHING WHICH MONEY CAN BUY’ ~WARREN BUFFETT

HE ALSO SAYS MONEY CAN’T BUY HAPPINESS IS EITHER SAID BY A POOR OR THE RICHEST PERSON… ALTHOUGH MANY PEOPLE MAY AGREE ON THIS POINT AND MANY MAY NOT! BUT TODAY I HAVE CAME ACROSS WITH A CONCEPT CALLED INCOME TIMELINE.

NOW WHAT IS INCOME TIMELINE?


SO INCOME TIMELINE IS A TIMELINE OR A PERIOD WHERE A PERSON GETS AN APPROX IDEA AND ESTIMATES THAT HOW MUCH INCOME HE/SHE MUST HAVE TO EARN IN ORDER TO RUN A SIMPLE MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY (THE CLASS MAY VARY i.e. POOR MIDDLE CLASS OR POOR CLASS). BECAUSE I BELONG TO MIDDLE CLASS AND I PERSONALLY THINK THIS CONCEPT IS LIKELY TO BE REAL.

  • Since here it is shown that income varies from person to person, but if talking about middle general class with a household of 3 person (i.e. father mother and child) the income in 2000-2020 must be 10,000 p.m& above which is probably true!
  • Now let’s move to the period of 1920-1940, here we can see the income was ₨1 to ₨10 which is an unbelievable fact.
  • A picture of an advertisement below shows the particular rate of a property per sq. ft which is just ₨3-9 which was in a year 1925

  • Later in year 1940-1960 the income stats raised to ₨10&above and in year 1960-1980 and 1980-2000, the income raised from ₨10 to 100 and from ₨100 p.m to 1,000 p.m&above respectively…!
  • Now coming to the current scenario year 2000-2020, it is compulsion to earn ₨10,000p.m&above as a basic necessity and its true!
  • Similarly looking forward to future 2 decades its mandatory to earn atleast of ₨1,00,000 p.m& above. THE IRONY IS ITS TRUE BUT SOME OF US STILL DON’T BELIEVE IT.

Motivation on fitness

In our daily routine, we have a tons of work to be done.Many has office work, households, meetings, appointments etc. But still our generation is merely bothered about the fitness of our health. The half of the youth is just influenced for fitness because of mainly one reason….. YEAH YOU GUESSED RIGHT!!! GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS….. and other half are just put through by their freinds,relative, neighbourhood and people taunts etc. Although the reason may be several but atleast you have taken a lil step on a fitter course.
